Grupo Autónoma - whistleblower channel
The Grupo Autónoma whistleblowing channel was developed in accordance with the applicable legislation in force and is intended for the communication of practices that constitute infringements, namely:
- Practices of harassment (moral and/or sexual) and discrimination;
- Infractions, acts of corruption, or others within the scope of application of the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC);
- Acts that violate European Union law.
Anonymous reporting of serious situationsOn this page, you can submit information about reprehensible situations or denounce actions that are unethical, illegal or that violate internal policies. The scheme should be used to reveal situations that would otherwise not be revealed.
Reports can be made confidentially, indicating the name and contact information or, if you wish, 100% anonymously.
All consultation requests are handled confidentially and securely.
The follow-up of your case may be relevant for several reasons:
- You may want to check the status of your report to see if action is being taken.
- You may wish to provide additional information regarding your report.
- System administrators have asked you for additional information to help them resolve the issue or take appropriate action.
Related matters with Human Resources Situations related to HR cannot be reported on this platform, and should, alternatively, be discussed with the hierarchical superior, director or HR Office.
Matters related to complaints from the academic areaAny type of complaint related to the academic management of educational establishments is excluded from the scope of this Reporting Channel, and there is, for this purpose, a dedicated channel dedicated to Suggestions and Complaints, which can be accessed through the website of each establishment. teaching, in the link “BOOK OF COMPLAINTS ELECTRONIC”. or via email sent to the Student Ombudsman.
